The 4th bi-annual International Humanitarian Studies Association (ihsa) World Conference on Humanitarian Studies was held in Addis Ababa from 5 - Under the leitmotif Changing Crises and the Quest for Adequate Solutions, a large and diverse number of experts on humanitarian studies from both academia.
